Dear Theresa,

Just wanted you to drop you an email to confirm that I have received the paper copy of A’s report. We went through it yesterday – it confirmed what we thought and there were some really helpful suggestions in there. A has parents evening next week so I will discuss it with school then.  I had intended to organise an assessment for A for ages but it was definitely in my “too difficult” box. Thank you for making it such an easy and smooth experience.

Theresa conducted our assessments to support exam access arrangement applications. She was professional at all times, maintaining a calm and pleasant presence to help our young people feel as relaxed as possible and was accommodating to their individual needs. Theresa was flexible with her time and accommodating of last minute changes to ensure all assessments were completed on time. Reports were shared promptly, along with clear guidance on the specific access arrangements each young person qualified for.  SENCo

You have clearly found your true calling in life.  The assessment is interesting because you got to know the boys almost as well as I do during that intensive process. It is evident the boys were very at ease with your endearing personality and your legacy is positive and motivating.
